Classic Nachos Recipe for November 6th
Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce) bag of tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1.25-ounce) package of taco seasoning
- 1 (15-ounce) can of refried beans
- 1 (10-ounce) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (8-ounce) package of shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir to combine.
- Spread the refried beans over the tortilla chips.
- Top with the ground beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the diced tomatoes with green chilies over the beef.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tomatoes.
- Top with the black olives, red onion, and green bell pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Enjoy!
